基本信息

丁胜华,中国农业大学食品科学与工程博士,研究员现任湖南大学教授、博导、湖南省农业科学院农产品加工与质量安全研究所所长,长期从事果蔬加工与营养品质调控研究,相关研究工作以第一作者或者通讯作者Chemical Engineering Journal、Trends in Food Science and Technology、Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Food Chemistry、Postharvest Biology and Technology、Food Research International、《食品科学》食品领域主流期刊并受邀在Trends in Food Science and Technology、Chemical Engineering Journal、《食品科学》等发表综述。主持国家自然科学基金项目3项、国家重点研发计划子课题2项等项目16项。担任Food Science and Human Wellness编委、Scientia Horticulturae 、International Journal of Biological Macromolecules杂志客座编辑、《食品科学》青年编委,担任Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、International Journal of Biological MacromoleculesPostharvest Biology and Technology、Food Research International、《食品科学》等杂志审稿人。以主要完成人获得国家科技进步二等奖1项,湖南省科技进步一等奖2项、浙江省科技进步二等奖各1项
